To forfeit a game please ensure you follow the below process:

1. A TEXT MESSAGE should be sent to the REGISTRAR with the following information:
                  Competition

                  Club & Team Name

                  Division

                  Your Name

If a response is not received within 60 minutes, please forward the text message to:

 Vice President – David McNerney 0477 349 605

2. DO NOT leave a voice mail message – It is unfair on everyone associated with a forfeit (opposition team, umpires, administrators & Registrar) to assume that a message has been received and acted upon in time.

3. DO NOT send an email as it may not be seen in time

4. You will receive a response to confirm that the forfeit notification has been received.

5. Pay your forfeit penalty promptly (via direct debit or EFT before or on the day of your next game).
